Who it's for
Built for significant wealth
Either one qualifies.

Business owners who are planning a sale or succession.

Investors with concentrated stock or large gains.

Families with properties, partnerships, and heirs to plan for.

Families passing significant wealth to the next generation.
Why ReImagine
Good advisors who rarely talk
Taxes get filed, but not planned years ahead.
Trusts get signed, but not funded.
A sale gets planned after the offer arrives.
ReImagine closes those gaps.
The ReImagine Process
Every piece, in its place.
01Private Conversation
A private hour with Eric about your family, your wealth, and your priorities. You share what you have built and what you want it to do. You leave knowing whether ReImagine is the right fit.
02Discover
We gather everything you own and meet the advisors you already use. Bring statements, trust documents and recent tax returns. You leave with one clear picture of everything you own.
03Investments
A portfolio built from your plan, including concentrated positions and private holdings. Each holding is measured against your goals and your tax picture. You set the pace of any change.
04Taxes
Several years of tax planning, done with your CPA before decisions are made. We look at income, gains and gifts across several years, not one. Major decisions are made with the tax impact in view.
05Legacy
Your estate plan put into practice, and your family prepared for it. With your estate attorney, we review trusts, titles and beneficiaries against your wishes. When you are ready, we help prepare the next generation.
06Protection
Insurance, liability, and titling reviewed together, so nothing is left exposed. Coverage and titling are gathered into one review. You decide what to change, and we coordinate it with your advisors.
07Stay Ahead
Regular strategy meetings and one point of contact, every year. The plan is revisited as laws, markets and your family change. Your CPA and estate attorney stay at the same table.

Your Wealth Manifest
Everything on one page
Families who begin with a private conversation receive their Wealth Manifest. It gathers your family, what you own and what matters most in one place, so our time together can center on your values and legacy.

Common questions
Questions families ask
What does it cost?
Pricing is based on the assets we manage. We will walk you through it in your first conversation.
What about my CPA and estate attorney?
They stay. We share one plan with them and make sure decisions get carried out.
What happens after I start?
A first planning meeting, then a few focused meetings. After that, regular reviews keep the plan current.
Where will my money be?
In accounts in your name at an independent custodian.
Is there a minimum?
ReImagine is for families with $5 million or more in investable assets, or $10 million or more in net worth. Either one qualifies.
Do you work with families outside Florida?
Yes. We serve families nationwide. Most meetings are by video, and you're welcome at any of our offices.
What does a wealth manager do for a high net worth family?
At this level a wealth manager coordinates the whole picture, not only the portfolio. That usually means planning taxes years ahead, managing concentrated stock, preparing for a business or property sale, funding trusts and structuring gifts to children and grandchildren, all alongside the family's CPA and estate attorney so every decision fits one plan.
How do I reduce taxes when selling a business in Florida?
Florida has no state income tax, so planning focuses on federal capital gains, timing and structure. Families often review installment sales, charitable trusts, gifting shares before a sale and the timing of other income. The most helpful step is planning before an offer arrives, together with your CPA and estate attorney.
How can I reduce a concentrated stock position without a large tax bill?
Common approaches include selling gradually across tax years, pairing gains with harvested losses, gifting appreciated shares to family or charity, and using exchange funds or charitable remainder trusts where appropriate. The right mix depends on your cost basis, income and goals, so a measured plan reviewed with your CPA is usually wise.
