Each client’s plan is personalized based on the specifics of a family’s situation, unique circumstances, wants, needs, risk tolerance and time frame. Planning includes an in-depth understanding of a client’s willingness, ability and need to take on risk with their investments. Proper and thorough planning keeps all parties involved and on the same page at all times.

Data drives the majority of decisions that we make at our firm and it also helps us understand that investors can often times be their own worst enemy. In her role at Retirement Wealth Advisors LLC, Amy merges creative ideas with precision to develop an approach that resonates with both longstanding and new clients to support long-term sustainability and growth. After a successful career in the field of ophthalmology, most recently as a surgical coordinator, she is excited to bring her talent for organizing details to the world of finance.

"I truly enjoy taking a big picture view of creative projects, from the beginning of brainstorming, all the way to the finished product. Organizing all the details and moving parts into something beautiful is my passion." Whether it's coordinating initiatives or welcoming new clients, her daily focus is always prioritizing what's in the best interest of each client. "Elevating the client experience and fostering meaningful connections is always at the top of my to-do list."

A proud SWFL native, in her leisure time Amy enjoys going to the beach, practicing yoga and has been an avid supporter of the local independent film community since 2011.

Donna has been working with financial advisors around the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia since 2013. She relocated to Southwest Florida in 2016. “My favorite aspects of my job is to put together the pieces of someone’s life so they can clearly see where they are today. It is tremendously satisfying to show people how their actions (big and small), even with mistakes and setbacks, have put them in a situation that is stronger than they could of imagined. Giving clients that peace of mind through planning and educating them on financial situation and options is core reason why I chose to be a Financial Planner.” Donna is a Certified Financial Planner®, Global Financial Planner (US), and a Behavioral Finance Advisor. The cross section of certifications across multiple disciplines in Financial Planning, allows Donna to take a thorough and dynamic approach to planning with individual clients. She remains active in these communities within financial planning, facilitating educational conferences, both domestically and abroad. Donna earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Penn State University and holds a Certificate in Financial Planning from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. Donna is also a Behavioral Finance Advisor which emphasizes a holistic approach to financial planning. Outside of professional pursuits, Donna loves to travel to locations where she can indulge her hobby of underwater photography. She lives in Southwest Florida with her significant other Jason and their family of rescued animals – Scotty, Sanibel, Sassafras and Skyler.

Autumn has spent over 12 years in the marketing industry before arriving at Retirement Wealth Advisors. “I love interacting with our clients. Whether I am helping them establish a relationship with our firm, transitioning over their accounts or troubleshooting an operational issue, there is never a dull moment. I also enjoy working and finding ways to improve efficiencies in our operations.” Autumn resides in Cape Coral, FL with her husband, two daughters, and great Dane. She loves giving to local animal shelters and has built multiple homes for Habitat for Humanity in her community.

Joseph arrived at Retirement Wealth Advisors in 2017, his passion for finance and helping others has grown since. Joseph earned his Associates Degree while graduating high school at the same time and graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a bachelor of finance and a concentration in financial services. Joseph currently holds his Series 65 securities license and is working on becoming a Certified Financial Planner.

Recognized as S.W. Florida’s Premier Investment Advisor, Eric Kearney with Retirement Wealth Advisors LLC has been helping clients reach and maintain their financial goals since 2001. As a trusted advisor, Eric takes a comprehensive approach with his clients and assists them in achieving their financial goals. He thoroughly educates his clients about the advantages and disadvantages of the financial decisions they make. He also helps to create and execute a sophisticated portfolio, as well as a tax and estate plan that guides them throughout retirement. Eric continues to educate himself to stay at the forefront of planning and investments for his clients. Eric has a television show on Saturday mornings on CW and on Sunday mornings on ABC, as well as a radio show on 92.5 Fox News. He continues to write and educate people on his blog at www.erickearneyblog.com and currently teaches a wealth management course titled Rejuvenate Your Retirement and Foundation for Retirement at both FSW and FGCU to successful pre and post retirees..
